Rubicon Area Flyers

Home About Events RC Links |
Our club is newly formed as of 2009 and
is looking for members interested in flying, building or any
other aspect of Radio Controlled Airplanes! We are an AMA
Chartered club, (http://www.modelaircraft.org/clubdetails.aspx?club=4937).
The flying site is located in Rubicon, WI, just off of County
Highway "N" (W1688
County Road N) West of County Highway "P".
The field is ~15 minutes from Ashippun, WI and 5 minutes from
Hartford, WI. If you would like more information or are
interested in flying with us, please send us a note through the
Contact Us button on the right.
Current dues are the amazing price of,
(gulp!) $25 for new members! If you thought joining a club was
expensive, think again. Here's your chance to get in a club and
have a say in the shaping of it's future. Can you really afford
to NOT join us, or at the very least, come on out and fly with
us to see how the field is? We are certain that once you come
out, you won't be disappointed.
The club membership is made up of a mix
of new flyers and veterans. Members fly electric, glow and gas,
from scratch built, kit built, ARFs and RTFs and even some
control line. Whether it's Summer or Winter, there are members
that are flying. We can help you get your plane in the air if
you are new to the hobby/sport. Need flying lessons, drop us a
line and we will see if we can set something up.
Hours of operation:
Sun up to sun down - 7 days a week. Club Dues: $25 If you plan on stopping out, please send us a note through the Contact Us button and we will try to arrange for one of the members to meet you.
